Autre erreur: le savon et le shampoing annoncés étaient manquants... ##### Michel F. Séjour de 5 nuits en septembre 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Thomas W. 12 oct. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Top Lage!Sauberkeit war "ok"Ausstattung top!An für sich gäbe es nicht viel zu bemängeln wenn die Agentur sich nicht so dämlich angestellt hätte in den folgenden Punkten.Garage laut Beschreibung vorhanden,was auch tatsächlich so war,nur hinein kommt man nicht da einem leider keinerlei Infos geben kann wie,es hängt ein Schlüsselboy an der Garage und den Code hat scheinbar niemand,nach mehrmaligem Kontakt per Email und auch telefonisch,konnte keiner weiter helfen und die Agentur wollte ständig nur Fotos haben...Die sie auch bekommen haben dann jedoch sollten diese per Mail geschickt werden,hilfe gab es dennoch nicht.Hab dann kostenpflichtig auf der Straße geparkt,vielen Dank dafür Zweite Sache,die Fenster der Wohnung waren teilweise mit Sicherheitsgriffen ausgestattet,was ne gute Sache ist nur leider konnte man diese dann nicht öffnen da die schlösser eingedrückt waren und die freundliche Agentur wiederum zu dämlich war dementsprechend weiter zu helfen,auch hier wollten sie nur Fotos haben aber wirklich helfen konnte auch da niemand.Wenn eine Agentur für Ferienwohnungen etc zuständig sind dann sollten sie auch uneingeschränkt Infos haben und weiterhelfen können.Schade eigentlich denn das vermiest einem dann den Urlaub wenn man quasi nen halben Tag nur am hin und her schreiben oder telefonieren ist. ##### Thomas W.
