May 27, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication #### Nicht ganz gehalten, was versprochen wurde Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem größeren Areal, in welchen ehemalige Hafenanlagen umgewandelt werden in hochwertige Wohnimmobilien. Die beschriebene Wohnung befindet sich ein paar Meter entfernt gegenüber einer im Rohbau befindlichen Großbaustelle einer Wohnanlage. Das hat zur Folge, dass tagsüber permanent Baulärm zu hören ist, was sicherlich noch einige Monate so anhalten wird. Die Sonnenterrasse ist m.E. nicht jene, die hier auf dem Bild abgebildet ist, sondern die Wohnung nebenan. Von der hier angebotenen Wohnung aus geht der Blick leider auf die gegenüberliegende Baustelle, war also für uns als Option nicht wirklich nutzbar. Der sonstige Balkon ist ebenfalls gut nutzbar, leider von der Sonnenausrichtung aber gerade am Nachmittag / Abend immer im Schatten. Bis auf kleine Mängel (Deckenlampe im Kinderschlafzimmer ging nicht, Batterie im Rauchmelder piepte ständig) war alles ok und wie beschrieben. Der Geschirrspüler war nur brauchbar im 70° Programm, alle anderen Programme reinigten das Geschirr nicht wirklich. Schade ist die auch hier beobachtete mickrige Ausstattung an Gläsern und Geschirr. Dadurch, dass alles mengenmäßig sehr abgezählt ist, muss man eine halbvolle Geschirrspülmaschine anwerfen, da mal wieder Besteck, Gläser oder Teller fehlten. Da es Frühling ist und das Wetter leider nicht so richtig gut war, waren wir aber tagsüber immer unterwegs und haben insofern die sonst wirklich schöne Wohnung doch insgesamt genießen können. ##### Stephan D. Nu nog veel bouw activiteiten rondom het appartement. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Grande terrasse et la vue sur la mer est superbe. Appartement très bien équipé. C'est vraiment un petit bijou. Sur le principe il est assez bien situé car proche du ferry pour atteindre l'autre côté de Ostende et d'un carrefour. Le seul problème est le fait que le quartier est encore totalement en construction. Mais à vrai dire cela nous a peu dérangé. Quand tout sera fini cet endroit sera vraiment un petit coin de paradis. Ik vind dat men de klant hierop duidelijker attent moet op maken. Mooi zicht rondom vanuit de woonruimte en vanop het grote terras. Toffe buurt in opbouw, rustig gelegen en toch vlakbij het centrum met de veerboot of de tram. Minpuntjes:Jammer dat de meeuwen er zo talrijk aanwezig zijn, dit zorgt voor veel geluidshinder en vervuiling. De bouwwerken zijn minder storend. Ruim, licht, modern en kraaknet! Enorme terrassen! Geweldig uitzicht. Alles aanwezig. Mooi design serviesgoed. Lekker zacht bed. Snelle wifi. Veilige parkeergarage. Rustige buurt, ondanks gekrijs vd meeuwenkolonies. Is normaal aan zee, maar wie er niet van houdt komt best wanneer de jongen het nest hebben verlaten. Toen de stofzuiger niet werkte, werden we onmiddellijk geholpen door Interhome. Na onze daguitstap stond er al een gloednieuw toestel klaar. Fijne service! Voor de 3de maal gehuurd, maar voor de 1ste x hiermee geconfronteerd. Heel heel spijtig want is nochtans een prachtig appartement. Luxueuse volumes. Prachtige zichten. Mooie terrassen. Echter, moeilijk om te slapen met het gekrijs van de meeuwen. Waarom geen muggenramen ? Waarom geen air-conditioning ?
