Super hotel! La chambre accès à la plage était un surplus qui valait la peine! C’était facile de se rendre à notre chambre ou d’aller marcher. C’était aussi du bon bord pour les magnifiques coucher de soleil. Par contre, nous avons eu la chambre devant les BBQ et collé sur l’accès à la plage. Ce qui a fait en sorte que nous avions toujours du monde devant notre chambre. Si vous prenez cette option, faire la demande des 4 chambres à droite ou gauche des extrémités pour de la tranquilité. Nous avons aimé le fait qu’il y ait 2 chambres. La cuisine est de base, mais fonctionnel. Nous avons aimé notre séjour, on se sentait en vacances!

Bâtiment vétuste. Affichage d une remise en etat cet automne. Il était temps. Sinon site agréable plage sympathique. Piscine couverte chauffée mais comme le reste manque d un rafraîchissement et un peu d entretien

Un hotel moyen
Pas terrible, un peu vieillot, balcon sale et sans chaises, salle de bain très petite et pas très propre. Le déjeuner à la carte ne vaut pas le prix. Par contre, parking dans l'hôtel, situation géographique parfait, piscine et plage au bord du lac, excellent. Buanderie pour clients, tarifs très avantageux.

Excellente base pour visiter e sud de ll'Okanagan
Bien situe sur l'isthme separant les deux lacs (demander les chambres sur le nord, plus calmes, et eviter les chambres communicantes, on emtend tout ce qui se passe a cote). Accueil sympathique et efficace. Petite plage, possibilite d'emprunter les kayaks de l'hotel. Piscine interieure. Le restaurant de l'hotel est assez cher, mais le restaurant familial contigu a l'hotel est tres suffisant. Tres bonne base pour visiter l'Okanagan du sud (desert centres, vignobles, marches aux fruits, train touristique, etc.)

Loved how quiet and comfortable our stays were. The best coffee though is at junction 3 up the road. Room lacked counter space and good lighting but otherwise would stay again no problem.

The room had not been cleaned very well upon check in (bottle caps etc still on the floor). The room was not cleaned at all during our stay (clean towels were put in the room but nothing else - bed not made etc). The kitched was ridiculous....very poorly equipped (eg the room sleeps 7 comfortably but the kitchen had only had 1 glass, 2 plates etc)

I found it a surprise that of the 2 night we were there, the restaurant was closed for dinner. They did serve a great breakfast however. The hotel & room are showing their age but certainly adequate. Staff were very nice.

My only complaint is that after a very long day with an early rise, my daughter and I hit the hay within minutes of arriving, about 7:50pm. It was therefore very annoying to have front desk call at 8:05pm to ask how everything is. That’s what these reviews are for…don’t call me in my room.

I was impressed how accommodating the front desk handled a mixup from Expedia (I was told no problem with a small dog). They upgraded us into a beautiful suite, I am grateful they had another room, we will be staying here next week on our trip home. The front desk clerk was 10 out of10. We arrived in the early evening of May 3, I don’t have her name so i hope you give a great big thank you!

I stayed with my 6 year old son because of the pool. The pool was dirty and full of hair. The hotel is dark and dingy. In the morning, we went to the restaurant for breakfast and waited 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. We waited another 15 min to receive our drinks, and when no one came to our table to take our order, I asked the woman who was bussing if someone could take our order so she did. After waiting 45 min for an order of mini waffles, the woman bussing asked the kitchen if our food was coming and the kitchen snapped at her. There were two tables in the restaurant that ordered food in the first hour that we there. The woman bussing was extremely helpful and very kind. Everyone else was very rude and ignored us the whole time we were there. When checking out of the hotel, I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was not available because they were in the kitchen helping cook 😳

During our stay, the water in the sink, toilet and shower turned a yellow-brown ish. It cleared up though, within the same day. But other than that, I loved my stay, I could come and go as I please with or without my car. Everything was walking distance. The views were amazing!!

The pool facility had beer cans in the planted pots and the room was exceptionally warm even with the air conditioning on (in march). Check in was delayed because they couldn’t find my reservation (although I had the number) and so I was left waiting while my exhausted family had to hang out in the lobby.
