Hôtel propre, personnel agréable et bons services. Cependant la chambre était assez petite mais surtout les fenêtres ne s'ouvraient pas, il y avait beaucoup de vis à vis et la chambre était sombre.

Bon hôtel, à rafraîchir
Hotel bien situé, bon rapport qualité-prix, mais propreté et état des chambres à améliorer. En théorie, les chambres ne sont pas refaites que au quatrième jour, mais dans les faits, la nôtre ne l'a pas été avant notre départ.

L’hôtel n’est pas de première jeunesse mais il est hyper bien situé. Les lits sont mous et pas très confortables mais le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et copieux et le personnel très agréable.

Hôtel très bien situé. Déjeuner copieux. Beaucoup de monde au déjeuner après 8h30, allez-y avant cette heure et ça sera moins pire. Tapis des corridors en fin de vie sinon rien à dire sur la chambre et l’hôtel. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Hôtel très très bien placé. La taille de la chambre est correcte. Salle de bain assez grande et propre. Petit déjeuné compris ce qui est très sympa car après on peut partir tranquillement à la découverte d’Oslo. Il y a un large choix au petit dej surtout le salé.

Hotel agreable dans Oslo
Hotel bien situé, à 5min à pied de la gare centrale (direct vers l'aéroport) et à 10 mkn des principaux sites. Personnel agréable et disponible. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire mais les principaux elements sont disponibles. Chambre calme et propre au 3eme étage. Un agencement un peu specifique (lit en mezzanine accessible par un escalier et salle de bain au rdc de la chambre) mais cela n'est pas insurmontable.

The location was convenient. Not far from main train station in Oslo. There weee many homeless people sleeping across the street from the hotel entrance. I checked out very early 4;00am as I had an early flight but there were many drunk residents in the lobby trying to get through security to get up to rooms.

Unfortunately we found this hotel not being on a safe place, they had a homeless shelter across the street and in the evening from the lobby you could see them doing drugs and acting up, very sad picture for a foreign visitor. The noise coming from the other rooms or the outside was annoying and it was hard to sleep at night. The shower was so small and messy, there was water all over when you used it. Not enough towels to dry the floor after taking a shower or at least a rug ! No A/C in the room it was warm at night this you had to open the windows and the noise was loud. The staff was not friendly at all, not a warm welcoming no explanations of anything but just the breakfast schedule. Only the man that spoke Portuguese during the breakfast time he was really nice. The lobby are was kind of dirty with a trash can that was always full of trash. I’m not the one to always complain but this time I have to, I graduated in Tourism from Costa Rica long time and the standards for service are very demanding in my country. This should be for every country. You want to invite your tourist to come back to visit your town and stay at your hotel again and again not only for the accommodations but also for the hospitality of your staff. I liked Oslo but I think next visit I will look for a safer and a more friendly place. One good thing I have to mention is that the breakfast was really good we really enjoyed it!

This was a really nice property with a giant bunk bed. It was really comfy and the shower was great. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. The staff was also very friendly and helped us figure out where to spend our time in Oslo. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well.

Easy check in, staff were friendly, with buffet breakfast and gym. Though room was little but comfy bed. Property is in the middle of all landmarks you wish to visit

3 star hotel did everything it said on the tin; comfortable, cheap and convenient enough for a return visit sometime. Wish there was a fridge in the room (although if you get a room with a balcony on 8 as I did, just pop the grub outside for a bit!). Overall, good for the price.

We stayed 2 nights here, we liked the family room locates at the corner of the building, nice street view from our room. Breakfast was good, we skipped the second breakfast because we checked out early. We did not know that The hotel has a policy that room cleaning is on the 4th day only unless we would agree to pay 100 local money to have our room cleaned.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the lovely little lady in the breakfast room who greeted everyone with a smile and offered to top up our coffee/tea. Our room had a great view of the Oslo Opera House and was pretty spacious, although it could have been brighter. Despite the heater under the desk not doing much. The windows can be open for some fresh air. The only downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped, especially the shower. Also, the room could have used a bit more cleaning. But on the bright side, the location was just a short 5-10 minute walk from Oslo Central Station, a quick hop to the tram stop for The Vigeland Park, and only a couple of blocks from the Oslo Opera House.
