She didn't know how to handle our situation when we arrived. The property is quite inflexible in our requests. There is a train that is operational, 24 hours of the day, so it can be quite noisy and disturbing when you are trying to sleep. During my entire stay in Japan, this was the worst hotel accommodation that we stayed in. I would NOT recommend. The front staff requires more training.
