The hotel is just a short walk from the station & there are many shops & restaurants & near-by. The hotel is newly renovated & everything is in great condition. The room is more spaceous than some standard Japanese hotel, we were lucky to have the room facing the river & Umeda Skyline. Staff were extremely helpful & most of them could speak English. I would like to give a special thank you to Kuka San for helping me send a parcel to Hokkaido. Kuka san was very friendly & helpful & assisted me in all the paper work for the delivery as I cannot speak or read Japanese. We highly recommend thís hotel to anyone who wish to visit Osaka & is looking for a quite to stay away from the busy area.
