However, due to the hotel adding another annex, there are a lot more guests BUT they didn't expand their dining room. This caused a long wait during the breakfast buffet as guests had to stand in line to wait for a table to free up. The breakfast had a good variety of items though, so that kind of makes up for the inconvenience of waiting for a dining table. As well, half of the spa was closed due to renovations and the onsens are dangerous with broken tiles. The Onsen probably needs to shutdown for a month for major repairs because it was a huge disappointment.
