When I arrived to Yuyuan at 12 midnight, I could find no one at recepition area. Then I have nowhere to stay in that night. Came back next day morning, found the receptionist finally. He said my booking was cancelled because I didn't check in before 9pm. Damn it!!!!! How come it could cancel my booking with full paid to Expedia. House door is not locked, outsiders can easily enter.
