Nice location only being a 10 minute walk to Dotonburi street which gives you endless options for food, drinks and experiencing the night life. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs since it is on 4th floor but the place overall was super clean and was nice having a washer and dryer. We were on the 4th floor and NO ELEVATORS, you have to carry your luggage and the stairs and very steep and narrow! Also had trouble communicating with staff and always miscommunication prolly because of language barrier. Not much details before we check in so we were very confused and had to ask a local to call staff and have access to our room.
