Etape confortable près des gares d'Osaka Uméda
Hôtel récent et moderne. Chambre double lit séparée assez spacieuse. Bien équipée. Café mis à disposition dans la chambre. Literie confortable. Accueil professionnel. Dépose bagage à la réception (située au 2ème étage. Petit déjeuner dans la norme.

Hotel bien placé près du vieux Osaka. Chambre petite mais très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le seule bémol serait le mur derrière la fenêtre, mais comme le but est d'être en ville, ce n'était pas important :)

チェックインの前に地図アプリで歩いて向かっていたところ途中からアプリが進行方向を示さなくなり電話しました。そうしたらそこから電話を繋げたままホテルまで誘導して頂き大変助かりました。館内の雰囲気もよくゆっくり過ごさせていただきました。有難うございます。

Great location. Friendly staff. I liked the look and decor of the hotel. The room was small but it worked for me (I was traveling solo). I appreciated the breakfast. It was close to dining and entertainment venues. I would stay there again.

Great location in the center of Osaka, Umeda. Easy to get anywhere via main transport hub. Lots of dining options nearby. Some of the property conditions could be upgraded but staff were very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a higher floor and had to check in late and they were able to help me out. Would recommend for anyone looking to travel to Osaka in this area.

Palvelu oli kaikilta osin hyvätasoinen. Aamiainen, joka kuului huoneen hintaan, oli monipuolinen ja maittava. Hotelli on hyvässä kunnossa ja paikat siistit. Pieni miinus oli huoneen koko. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta onneksi meillä oli kohtuullisen kokoiset matkalaukut.

The rooms are the average size of a Japanese hotel room however the dark interior made our room feel really small. The aircon didn’t smell good so we had to have the window open. Our room always seemed to get dusty as well. The hotel is situated near bars so with the window open, there was a lot of noise at night. It is convenient that the hotel has coin operated washing machines. The staff were very friendly.

洗濯機が2台あります。部屋から使用中かどうか確認できますが、休日などはなかなか空きません。お部屋はほぼベッドですが、特に不自由はなく、必要なものがコンパクトに収められている感じです。

Good but they threw out a plastic shopping bag with 1500 yen worth of stuff in it. Make sure you don't leave any shopping bags in your room on cleaning day.
