Awful for everyone else Its at a good location close to multiple train and metro lines, but it SMELLS!!!!!!! Smoking is allowed at the FIRST????? 5 floors?? So all the smoke goes up and in the elevator and when we finally got rid of the smell of ashtray another disgusting smell, that smelled as if someone had spilled fish soup on the soft floor without getting it out, revealed itself… the walls are also paper thin so you can hear… well.. everything.. Other than this there was nothing wrong with it. We had a freshener spray in the room but even that couldn’t get rid of the smell and I’m almost certain a dead mice/rat was the smell. The area is also in a spot that’s in a pretty rough spot during the night. Rarely women walking by themselves, mostly packs of guys walking around, lots of drunk homeless that cat call shamelessly to give you an idea. Felt like a place where you could easily get robbed if you turned a wrong corner.
