Of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip this was the least pleasant. Cleanliness - went to plug the drain in the sink, and my hand hit a giant ball of phlegm from the previous guest. I almost lost my lunch. The carpet in the room was so dirty we didn’t walk around without slippers on, and there was hair everywhere, including bundled into the folded towels. The hallway walls were very dirty, nothing a quick wipe-down wouldn’t fix. Overall not a comfortable stay from a cleanliness perspective. HVAC switched from hot to cold throughout the night and blows directly on your face, despite following the posted instructions to prevent this issue. The vent also was really dirty, so blowing dirty air on you while you sleep. The window in the room was frosted, so it felt like we were in a dungeon.
