We booked this unit because the advertisement stated it had free self parking. Upon arrival we had to pay for parking. We stayed 3 nights. Parking was 100 JPY per hour. The unit manager did not seem to care and all he said was "sorry". The air conditioner in the room did not work. We were in Osaka in July. It was in the high 90s every day. We had small children with us and when we messaged the manager, they ignored us. The room SMELLED like urine. The unit was not clean. The sheets smelled, the shower room was dirty, the unit did not have any towels, wash towels, the internet DID NOT work. I would not stay here if they paid me too.
