Convenient location. Seemed like the front desk wasn't attended at all times which felt a little uninviting but that's not a big issue. They were there when we needed them. Kiosk check in was easy enough. Area seemed safe, just know that it's close to a main street and at night there's a lot of motorcycles revving. Really comfortable and modern rooms and washrooms with plenty of floor space and storage very rare in Japan. Close to airport, right across from konbinis, and short Walking distance to the sea and pebble beach, some food around the sea community area. Also a longer walking distance from konbinis, outlets (you can get Onitsuka Tiger cheaper than regular stores + extra 10% off tax-free if you show your passport) and Rinku downtown with GU outlet and Ferris wheel. Great for families. It’s self check-in so not always staff out front but quick to get them and they are always helpful and kind. Just a bit far from downtown but great stay. Taking a train into Osaka was expensive because of how far it is. I don’t recommend this hotel unless you’re wanting to just sit in your room.
