After being given three different addresses, we were bounced around without ever locating the actual hotel. Each location was in a questionable, unsafe area. While searching, we passed explicit images that were highly inappropriate—especially with our 10-year-old child—and were even approached by someone appearing to be a pimp. Feeling unsafe and frustrated, we ultimately gave up and booked a different hotel. No refund was offered. While the immediate area isn’t quite as nice, it’s super close to the main street of Shinsekai with so many excellent dining options.
