You'll find us at mile marker 17; easily accessible by land and water. Spacious lakefront top floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit w/vaulted ceilings. In addition to the gorgeous lake views, our complex includes the following: 3 Swimming Pools Tennis Court Basketball Court Location, location, location... You will be very close to shopping, dining, golf, water sports, go karts, mini golf, and more Just a few steps from the parking lot (with an assigned parking space), close to the pool and the boat slip (available for an additional fee). This condo includes balcony dining, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, flat screen TVs, and WiFi connectivity. The master bedroom features a an outstanding view of the lake, a king size bed, TV, dresser, walk in closet, and bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, dresser, and a closet. The location is great, the view is nice. Very thankful that the owner found us a boat slip. His communication was top notch. We do feel there is some easy room for improvement and wanted to give an honest review. The property is pretty old and outdated. You can tell there has been effort put into keeping it nice and pretty clean but it really just needs some remodeling. You can only deep clean something old so well. Both showers would not drain. The TP was thin, there were no paper towels nor tissue. The sheets had stains. The grill did not work and was pretty dirty. Basically a lot of little things. The master and the living room are overlooking the main canal, so you wake up to amazing views! You can have morning coffee or wine on the patio- the chairs and table are very comfortable and there is an umbrella for shade. The kitchen is well equipped and coffee is available as well as water and snacks. The location is great. There is not much within walking distance at the lake but everything was an easy short drive. The host was wonderful- he helped connect us with folks so we can do some water activities. He was always available and very responsive. We planned to spend most of our time in the lake or pool and this was perfect. It was also very close to multiple grocery stores, pharmacy and multiple tourist spots. The owner is fantastic with his communication and makes himself available to answer any questions that arise. This was the most comfortable bed I have slept in from a VRBO perspective. ##### Megan D.
