At the complex, the amenities will fulfill your days from a morning workout in the exercise facility to an afternoon with the kids at the lazy river and waterpark or lounging pool-side at the main pool with waterfall and zero-depth entry before you take in the sunset and head back to the condo to barbeque and enjoy your family and friends! The condo has 3 Suite Bedrooms and 3 Full bathrooms. The master suite features a high quality King bed, a walk-out to the deck overlooking the lake, a large screen TV, and a luxurious bath with oversized jetted tub and separate shower. The second suite bedroom offers a Queen bed and private Bath with a Tub/Shower Combo. The third bedroom offers Two Double-sized beds with direct access to the third full bath off of the main living area. All of the bedrooms have large wall-mounted TV's! In addition, the main living area offers a comfortable sleeper sofa for 2 more... Altogether, the condo can accommodate 8 adults or up to 10 guests including children! Our property is smoke free, pet free, and we have a minimum age for rental of 25\. The description is right. It's the best view in the whole complex. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is fantasrtic! The owner has beautifully labeled everything, including light switches! Thank you! I wish more folks would do that. We were pleasantly surprised to find the beautiful Christmas decorations. What an added treat. The owners have thought of everything. Jason, the property manager was great to work with. There is a great recliner in the living room which I think should be listed as an amenity because so many folks with back problems need a recliner. It was frustrating that this was missing because I chose this condo specifically and paid more money than I had planned just to have the seating that then wasn't there. Also, when I added an extra night to come in the night before, the total due was about 50 more than what was advertised for that same number of nights. I've used vrbo several times and this was the first time I've ever had to sign a rental agreement. Despite these issues, the condo was beautiful and comfortable. This is my third time renting it in the last 12 years or so. It is sad then to write this negative review but it really was that bad. The carpet is old and dirty, My daughter upon arrival with 3 children had to wash all bedding and some towels and do some cleaning. The mattresses are soft and go almost to the bottom when setting on them, couches were outdated and dirty. A stool outside was broken and sitting in our closet, another one leaned toward jonses. We couldn't park in any numbered spaces , so at times had to walk quite a ways. Handprints all over the outside glass deck. I feel so bad writhing this because the bones of the condo are so beautiful just needs a total updating. I paid luxury condo prices and did not get what I had paid for. The manager's response was great at first, he was not responsible for the cleaners but after requesting them to come mop the floors and clean the bathrooms, there was no response, nothing for the rest of our stay. The last thing you want to do upon arriving for a hopefully wonderful vacation is have to clean and do laundry. Like i said it was at one time worth the money but no longer. I have rented thru VRBO for at least 30 years and have never written a bad review. I have never had an experience like this before. We had a party of 6 and we had plenty of room to spread out. We have stayed in this condo, I believe, 5 times and it has always been a seamless process to reserve and to communicate with Jason.It is always clean and well cared for.
