Newly painted condo with the perfect location! By land we are close to shopping, bars and the trampoline park! By water we are close to several area bars at the 18 mm including Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Red Head Yacht Club and more. Party cove is just a short boat ride away! The condo is just a few steps to the pool as well AND has ground floor access. This condo has it all when it comes to location! Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. Nice patio overlooking the lake that has an electric grill. Newly installed electric fireplace to set the mood! Flat screen TVs with cable. Wifi as well. The living room as two full sized couches and a love seat. New mattresses in 2023. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Modern washer and dryer. Perfect choice for the weekend!
This property was great for our girls weekend! The condo was very close to the pool, plenty of room for our group of three. Only thing that could be improved is the size of the tv in the living room, but the tv thing is not a huge deal.This place was everything we needed!

This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location. The condo itself is so nice and so close to the amazing pool. Marty is an especially wonderful host, helping us out with a hiccup that occured regarding our stay (our hiccup not Marty's). Highly recommend!

A week at the lake!!!
Wonderful stay at the lake! Pool was awesome. Close to shopping and residents. I spoke to the owner a couple times with questions and they were very quick to respond and always helpful. Thanks for a great stay! We all enjoyed and relaxed.

The condo met our (2 couples) needs well with two bedrooms, each with an attached bath. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not really use it except to make coffee. Our only complaint was the pitiful little bath towels in the bathrooms. Each only had 2, small raggedy towels. On the next to last day, we found a load of much nicer towels in the dryer. It would have been nice if the cleaners had put them in the bathrooms.

We were in town one might traveling & needed a place to stay that allowed pets. We arrived late at night, but it was well lit & easy to find. Nice unit, clean, well stocked & provides a view of the lake. Nice property & I would stay there again.

Great condo in a great location.
We enjoyed this condo on a stay for a conference in Osage Beach. The condo was roomy with plenty of beds and bathrooms! It was clean with a nice balcony looking at the lake. The owners were very open to communication and the condo was easily accessible. We would definitely come back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home away from home.

Had an overnight stay for our trip to Osage, this location was near a lot of things. Only bad part was all the stairs to get to the actual condos. Otherwise, it’s was perfect for our needs!

Christmas at the Lake
Our stay at the property was excellent!! Very clean, roomy and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities needed for preparing Christmas dinner. The property location is very convenient to shopping and has a great view of the lake!
