Great location, perfect size. I don’t think anyone had stayed there for quite sometime. It needed a deep clean. Base boards pretty dirty, lots of hair in bathroom in corners. The bedroom sheets could be replaced. Very worn and little balls all over them. Host is wonderful tho and responsive. The cottage is located close enough that nothing is a long, terrible drive. The cottage was very clean, updated and had everything to make our stay feel like home away from home. The location of the property was a little tricky to maneuver, but once we did it once it was easier the second time to get in and out. Had we stayed the whole weekend or a whole week my opinion would be different, but we were there less than 24 hours. I think they should consider doing a deposit to cover any crazy mishaps that could happen instead of such a high cleaning cost. Just my opinion. Th property was clean and we saw plenty of wildlife and the property owners were very welcoming and friendly. They also provide a little journal from people who rented there before.
