Many owners live here full time and we like our neighbors. Here is a list of items to note: • Enjoy the views, and keep personal belongings such as wet towels and bathing suits hanging in the bathroom to dry not on the balcony or any outdoor railings. Toss your wet suits and towels in the dryer instead. • Follow all pool rules and be respectful to others using the pool. Pool rules are posted around the pool. There are restrooms next to the pool for your use. • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Refrain from loud music, shouting, and disruptive behaviors at all times. • When leaving, notify the property manager you have left. We will need to clean and turn off the water. • Absolutely no pets allowed. If you have a service animal you must contact the property management BEFORE booking to avoid extra fees. \-The maximum occupancy is eight people, no matter the age. \-All boat trailers will need to be stored somewhere else and cannot be stored in the parking lot. The condo was wonderful and well stocked for what is needed at the lake. Very Clean and beautiful, with a direct view of the lake. One thing needed in the Condo would be Curtains on the 2 front bedrooms. Lights from the outside shine through and are not blocked by the blinds. These lights are pretty strong all night. The complex is still under construction, so there is some dirt and a little noise during the day while they finish the entrances. The location is Excellent right in the middle of amenities. We marked it 4 just because of the ongoing road work. Finally the management group is extremely quick to respond and make any adjustments needed. A maintenance issue was resolved the same day with a check back call to make sure all was fixed. We will be marking this down as a place to look at for future visits. ##### Jean H.
