"I had booked a superior room (on a high floor). At check-in, the reception assigned me a standard room on a lower floor. I had to remind them that I had booked a superior room. The rooms are very nicely decorated, but noisy (you can hear the neighbors talking). The breakfast is very good!"

"Bon séjour. Je n'ai pas pu avoir accès à la chambre au dernier étage proche du sauna alors que on l'avais prévu lors de la réservation pour les deux jour. Mais cela va. Le restaurant a été amélioré par rapport à mon séjour il ya 2 ans"

"It didnt say that you shared the bathroom and the kitchen the place was very clean and nice the balcony was a bonus you stay upstairs and the kitchen is down stairs that you share and the bathroom is up stairs that you share with the downstairs so they have to come thru your floor to use it"
