Charming three-room apartment with panoramic terrace and views of the Dolomites, suitable for up to 5 adults.Renovated in 2023, this comfortable property features contemporary style furnishings designed to maximize comfort for your holiday in the Dolomites!The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with access to the terrace, 1 room with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet, 1 guest toilet (WC and basin only), a separate kitchen with direct access to the terrace, and a large furnished terrace with spectacular views of the Dolomites.The separate kitchen is fully equipped for your vacation and includes a stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, direct access to the terrace, and much more.Apartment 24 features a large, south-facing furnished terrace with spectacular views of the Dolomites, from which you can also admire the legendary Sassolungo and the majestic Sella massif in the distance.The property is located on the first floor and is accessible only by climbing a flight of stairs.Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 5- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.Apartments 24 is a charming panoramic apartment overlooking the Dolomites, renovated in 2023, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Ortisei in Val Gardena.This apartment enjoys a sunny and scenic location, yet is not too far from the center, which is about 500 meters away and can be reached in approximately 7 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can use the free seasonal buses that stop right in front of the house. In the center of Ortisei, you will find all the necessary facilities such as supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, and rental services.In winter, the great advantage is the free ski bus that stops directly in front of the house and takes you to the Dolomiti Superski facilities in just a few minutes. This bus operates during the entire opening period of the facilities.In summer, the first trails start right behind the house, which is particularly convenient for returning from hikes on the Rasciesa. The free Summer Bus also stops in front of the house and takes you to the center of Ortisei in a few minutes, should you wish to avoid a walk.About 400 meters from the house, there is a public playground for your little ones.
