"No refrigerator, coffee maker, nor microwave. There’s a Starbucks, in the lobby that opens at 6:30. Did not hear neighbors. Partner said the room was small, not too bad. Nice view from 25th floor. Tic Toc restaurant is open 24 hr., good and reasonable. Some nice Art Deco elements. "

"Hotel Henri is in a great location, with a nice restaurant and rooftop bar. The king room was small but clean and stylish. The bathroom and shower were particularly nice. The staff was helpful. One problem was that our TV didn’t work and there was no one around over the weekend who was able to fix it. The thermostat was also malfunctioning - the fan would not turn off - and a technician did fix that the next day, but was not able to get the TV working. The hotel should have offered us something for our troubles."

"The location is great and the room was very nice, more space than the last hotel we stayed in. Some things were a little wonky (outlets that didn't work, refrigerator too small to be useful, not great wifi reception). Also, it would have been nice to have had a light breakfast provided, or at least coffee. The staff was very courteous and very helpful!"

"The bartender was one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve met out of all of the hotels I’ve stayed at. Her name was Bella. She was rude, sarcastic and making comments all because I asked for some mayonnaise. I won’t go into the deals but I wouldn’t recommend paying for a hotel that allows their staff to speak to guests however they want. Very sad considering the hotel itself was pretty nice. But would never stay again. Stay at the Ludlow or NoMo. Anything is worth the extra price then to stay here again"

"Llegamos a las 22 horas, hicimos el checking, nos dieron una habitación con cocina y baño compartido. Había otra habitación más dentro del el espacio. Las toallas del baño no son de cuerpos son de mano, no puedes terminar de secarte el cuerpo, ya que son pequeñas. la ducha tardó 15 minutos en salir agua caliente o sea que nos bañamos con agua fría, el baño, todo antiguo viejo sucio con un extractor que hacía un ruido que parecía que se iba a romper. Nos fuimos a otro hotel buscado en otra plataforma, ya que desde aquí no nos daban solución alguna una excepción total en el hotel, horrible y las fotos que muestran no son la realidad de lo deteriorado que está el hotel y sucio y no fue un regalo sino que por dos noches nos cobraron $400 cosas que se puede conseguir hoteles en mucha mejor categoría a lo que ofrece este hotel. Por eso cuidado cuando reserven no es lo que parece"
