"Robbins Nest was the perfect place for an Oroville/BC Okanagan experience. Located on the river on the edge of town, we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go quickly and easily - whether it was the store, the home of our son, or the wineries of BC just across the border. The outdoor deck overlooking the river just couldn't have been more perfect anytime of the day from mornings with our coffee watching the wildlife on the water or evenings watching the light fade - it was the ideal setting for relaxing.The house is completely as advertised and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Becky makes you feel welcome from the first email, to the welcoming note to the last "Thank You for staying". The internet was strong and supported four, "over-connected" adults with multiple devices. With multiple sitting and eating places, Robbins Nest can accommodate a much larger group than ours and has games and puzzles galore to keep all ages occupied. We are glad we chose this house for our visit and are already planning our return. You won't go wrong by making Robbins Nest your choice for an Oroville/BC Okanagan experience."

"This June was our third family vacation at La Marina lake house. We spent a lot of time in the water, caught fish, took walks over to Osoyoos Lake Veteran's Memorial Park (where the boat ramp is), visited a few vintage/thrift shops in Oroville, walked across the street to get our morning beverages at Salted 1940 cafe, made several trips across the street to Akins Foods - a pretty amazing grocery store with an Organic section! This is such a delightful piece of property and house to relax and enjoy for all ages. House includes all of the necessities for cooking, laundry, boating, views of lake and mountains, plenty of seating on back deck, ample parking 3-4 cars/boats. We will be back next year and years to come we hope!"

"Everything was clean and as described. We had a bumpy check in as HOA office was closed and our key was not taped to door. But agent was reachable and had a plan b to get us in. Lots of thoughtful provisions and plenty of towels. We would love to return!"
