### Holiday Home 'Azzurra' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

In Orosei, the holiday home Azzurra offers you an excellent sea view. The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, and a washing machine. The accommodation does not have air conditioning. The holiday home features a private open terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening.  
  
The centre of Orosei and all essential services are within walking distance, as well as the medical station, which is just a few minutes away. You have a parking space on the property and free street parking is also available. Ceiling fans with blades, operated by remote control, are present in every room of the house.  
  
On request and subject to availability, the two single beds can be replaced with a double mattress. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or hosting parties is not permitted. The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site.

#### It was a amazing holiday. The appartement was very clean
