It consists of a large kitchen-living room, a bright double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom-shower. From the veranda leads to the dining room, with classic lines and warm colors, combined with the Mediterranean style of the master bedroom with a light wood bed. The sleeping area also consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. In the panoramic garden, the long summer evenings become unique moments for excellent grilling, caressed by the pleasant sea breeze. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht ganz ruhig alleine gelegen und bietet somit einen absoluten Entspannungsfaktor. Diesmal hat das angrenzende Haus Meine Schwägerin mit ihrer Familie gemietet und wir konnten perfekt den großzügigen Außenbereich nutzen. Es ist alles im Haus was man braucht. Leider war der fussläufige Strand, der vor zwei Jahren ein Paradies war, dieses Mal von Algen belagert, aber nur 2 Minuten mit demAuto findet man schon den nächsten Traumstrand. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße, weit weg vom Trubel am Strand – genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt total genossen und waren begeistert von der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung. Sardinien im Herbst zu erleben war für uns ein echtes Highlight, und das Haus war das i-Tüpfelchen, das den Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat. Besonders der große Garten mit den Terrassen und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten.Man kann den nächsten Strand fußläufig erreichen, allerdings war es so heiß und in der nahen Umgebung gab es eine Vielzahl an schönen Stränden, so dass wir doch immer mit dem Auto gefahren sind und somit fast jeden Tag an einer anderen Bucht waren. Wir würden das Casa Anna auf jeden Fall empfehlen, auch der Kontakt zu Michele hat hervorragend geklappt.Vielen Dank nochmal für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir haben 3 wunderbare Tage in der Casa Anna verbracht und es hätten gern 3 Wochen sein dürfen! Das Haus ist noch schöner als es auf den Fotos wirkt, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann. Es ist liebevoll, hochwertig, durchdacht und wirklich hübsch eingerichtet, für uns als Paar war es geräumig. Am besten gefallen hat uns die Terrasse mit den kleinen "Nebenterrassen", es gab Sitzplätze auf verschiedenen Ebenen und man konnte über die Pinien hinweg das Meer sehen und hören, wunderschön! Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der stimmungsvollen Außenbeleuchtung, durch die die Terrassen wirkten, als wären sie Teil des Hauses - und endlich konnte man mal draußen lesen! Casa Anna ist ein Doppelhaus mit Casa Ginepro, auch bei fewo-direkt in der Vermietung, von außen betrachtet ist Casa Anna das größere mit dem schöneren Grundstück und besserem Blick. Da beide ihren eigenen Garten haben und ausreichend Platz hat man sicherlich seine Ruhe, auch wenn beide Hausteile vermietet sind (was bei uns nicht der Fall war). Das Küchenfenster der Casa Anna geht allerdings in Richtung der anderen Terrasse. Die Umgebung ist grün und ruhig, das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse mit Schotterweg. Dort stehen nur wenige Häuser. Schöne Buchten befinden sich in fußläufiger Entfernung. Für uns als Gäste Ende Oktober war es besonders schön, dass eine nette Strandbar scheinbar ganzjährig geöffnet hat, die wir zu fuß erreichen konnten. Klare Empfehlung! ##### Mareike B. Der Strand von Cala Ginepro ist sehr schön und es gab dort gratis Parkplätze. Auch Biderosa liegt nur wenige Autominuten entfernt Leider hatten wir die ganze Woche kein WiFi. ##### Cora F. Insbesondere die Sauberkeit ist hervorhebend. Mit Meeresblick und 10min Fussweg zum Strand, mit Bars und einem Campingplatz wo es super Pizza und Eis gibt ist man rundum versorgt. ##### Kalina S. It was fully equipped and wonderfully quiet, with lots of privacy within walking distance of the beach and various restaurants. We had no inconvenience at all from our neighbors who stayed in the house at the back. The various navigation software did not fully locate the holiday home because it does not have a number. Tip: to make the location easier with a small route indication. Communication with our host was very good, also about this. We can heartily recommend the house. ##### Willem B. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und super schön gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es sind mit dem Auto nur 2 Minuten zu wunderschönen Stränden und vom Haus aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Michele war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich.
