It boasts a prime location, just 300 meters from the sea and beach, ensuring easy access to the stunning coastal views and waters. The property features a shared garden and a seasonal swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 70 - 240 cm) available from June 1st to September 30th, perfect for enjoying the warm weather. Additionally, there is a children's pool and an outdoor shower, making it a family-friendly environment. Convenient amenities like a lift, roofed parking, and public parking on the road are available, although parking spaces or garages are limited for small to medium-sized cars.

The property boasts a shared garden and a seasonal swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 70 - 240 cm) that is available from June 1st to September 30th, allowing you to soak up the sun and enjoy the refreshing waters during your stay. The living/dining room features a dining table, digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. It also provides access to the terrace. One bedroom is equipped with a french bed measuring 135 cm wide and 190 cm long, while the other bedroom has two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, and freezer.

The apartment comes with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. These include Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Pets are allowed, Heat is available, Microwave, Television, and a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Additionally, it features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
