Splendid flat located on the sixth floor of the Vistamar III building.  
  
It has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.   
  
It has two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite with bathtub and the other one with shower and screen.  
  
The kitchen is independent, equipped with kitchenware and the following appliances: oven, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave and gas heater.  
  
It has air conditioning by Split located in the living room; private WIFI, flat screen TV and sofa bed in the living room. The living-dining room area communicates with the terrace of the flat through a sliding door. The terrace is equipped with a large table, terrace chairs and a corner sofa that will be perfect for a relaxing afternoon.  
  
The building has a communal swimming pool with a separate area for adults and children; the area is delimited by artificial grass. It also has a children\\'s area, and front access to the beach.  
  
When booking the flat, you will have an underground parking space.
