This stunning two-story cottage, nestled on the picturesque Lake Simcoe, offers a perfect all season retreat for families or groups seeking a memorable vacation experience. The cottage features two spacious bedrooms and a large open bunk space that can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably.  
  
As you step inside the cottage, you'll be greeted by by an open floor plan with large windows offering stunning views of the lake. The living room seamlessly transitions into a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator.  
  
The second floor of the cottage features a large open bunk space with 2 bunk beds and with brilliant views of the lake  
  
The cottage's exterior is equally impressive, featuring a spacious granite patio with ample seating and breathtaking views of the lake. The patio is the perfect spot for barbeques, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing with a good book. Guests can also enjoy direct access to the lake with a private dock (summer season), offering the perfect opportunity for swimming, fishing, Nordic skiing, ice fishing or boating.  
  
This property is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast located less than 1/2 a mile to the Simcoe County trail loop. A 160km multi purpose trail. Incredible location for those looking to knock out a nice morning run, Nordic skiing, snow mobile or bike ride.
