Another great stay!

Our 3rd time staying here and we always have a great stay. Comfortable and clean. Kids love the pool. Best beaches in the area. Not crowded and family friendly.

Perfect Vacation!

We have stayed at many different vacation homes and this was, by far, our favorite. It was clean and exactly as described. It was extremely pet friendly, and was the perfect place to relax after spending time at the beautiful beaches nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the backyard was the perfect spot to unwind in the pool or the comfy chairs. This place is well worth the visit!

Amazing

We absolutely loved this house. We’ve stayed at a different VRBO every year for the past 7 years and this is one of my top two. The layout was great and the house was so spacious. The pool and hot tub were probably our favorite parts. Nice laundry area, nice patio, plenty of seating to eat and hang out. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Fantastic family beach house!!

We had a blast at our annual family beach trip in this home! The yard was fantastic for our Golden and there was plenty of room for all my teenagers. There was everything at the house that you need for a beach vacation (including a gas grill!) location is fantastic for the area, great neighborhood. We will def be booking again next summer!

Great vacation stay.

It was great being walking distance from the beach and having the option to lounge by the pool in the back yard which we took advantage of every day. I see a hot tub will be installed soon which will be a great addition to the existing amenities. There are some excellent restaurants a short drive away along with motorcycle rentals, shopping, and what a great view driving down the coast. Jennifer was very quick to respond to our questions.

Great place

Great, fully stocked home. Location was easy to access golf, restaurants etc. Hot tub got some use but was a little chilly for the pool. I really appreciated all the outdoor seating options. Sun or shade, back or front. Nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to Laggerheads restaurant several times (great food and also dog-friendly on patio). Love the area.

Great Property in great location!

This house was perfect for my sister and her husband’s 40th anniversary trip, that included myself and two of our friends. Most in our group have physical limitation (i.e. walkers, canes) and this home was perfect for that. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we enjoyed them each day. The house is located in a very convenient location, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The owners were amazing and responded to all of my pre-trip questions very quickly. I would recommend these owners and this home to anyone that wants a home away from home for their vacation! Thank you John and Jennifer!

Our best vacation yet

We haven’t taken a family vacation in 3 years and often pick places to stay, are satisfied, but never return. THIS place - WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK! The home was exactly as described. Entry and communication was efficient and flawless. Owners are accommodating and responsive. Home is beautiful, clean and perfectly located. So much so that we already have plans to do that same vacation all over again. What a gem this find was.

Wonderful location!

This beach home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. There is a short walk to the beach or you can drive and park by the beach, there is also a grill you can walk to after going to the beach. Daytona is very close but you would never know it, some days we were the only ones at the beach! The owners of the property were quick to respond and fix issues (the AC went out but John got it fixed immediately). This house is perfect for entertaining family and friends, seems like they thought of everything. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great house!! Accommodates several

I brought my whole family down for thanksgiving! The house was great for all of us! Loved that there was a pool (too bad it was too cold to get in) John was wonderful to work with!! An the best part is it was pet friendly!! If a rental isn’t pet friendly I don’t stay! My furbabies are like family an I won’t keave them in a kennel. So glad we got to take them!! Again, John is great to work with

Great neighborhood and house

The stay we had was exactly as expected and very comfortable: dog friendly, quiet (and beautiful!) neighborhood, and everything you could want in the house. We did have a few issues in the house with the dishwasher and garbage disposal, but the owner was super responsive. Obviously, the owner can’t predict these issues and their responsiveness was great and appreciated, especially on a holiday weekend. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice Florida vacation to do biking, kayaking, beach, etc. thanks for sharing your home!

Nice home in a good area!

Loved the area! The home is in a great area and was very clean. Everything anyone could need was there. The back porch area was a nice place to go in the am to enjoy a cup of coffee or late evening to read or chat with family. We didn’t use pool or hot tub since we were there to beach and enjoy other attractions. I don’t think the hot tub was plugged in either. I would recommend higher quality sheets and more towels. There weren’t any towels in bathrooms but about 7 in hall closet. I would have towels in bathrooms as well. I would stay again!
