The beach in this area is not usually busy but more of a local and residential spot. I’ve stayed in multiple units in both the north and south buildings, and I continue to return.This unit includes a dedicated parking space directly in front of the garage, conveniently located almost directly below the balcony. The sunrise views from the balcony are very nice, and the location directly across the road from the beach is a major plus.The owner is extremely responsive and resolved a TV issue the same day I contacted her. While the interior is a bit dated, the furniture is comfortable and well maintained. Immaculately cleaned, WELL stocked kitchen (down to scissors, aluminum foil, saran wrap, Keurig & K-cups, etc - anything we needed), books, games, sun glasses, sun screen - everything we'd have at home was already provided. We were so comfortable that we parked the car and didn't get back in it. We had the beach a quick walk across A1A, the pool right outside the door and Door Dash delivered food. Other visitors and/or residents were friendly. It's located next to a quiet, safe neighborhood for before-sunrise walks. Who could ask for anything more?!
