Decorated with an eye for coastal living, this stylish, comfortable, and convenient Cape Cod vacation home is just minutes from almost everything the Cape has to offer. Pleasant Bay, Nauset Beach, Skaket Beach, Captains Golf Course, the bike and hiking trails of Nickerson State Park, and many of the Cape's finest restaurants in Orleans, Chatham, Harwich, and Brewster are just a short drive away. There are many recent renovations throughout the house! The modern open kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless appliances and connects easily to adjoining indoor and outdoor dining space. Cool off in the outdoor shower on beautiful bluestone pavers and a changing area with wood tiles. With three bedrooms including one on the first floor, this home will sleep 6. The first floor offers a room with a queen size bed. There is a first floor bathroom with a tub. There are two second floor bedrooms each holding two twin beds and a beautiful full bathroom with walk in shower. Provided are beach toys, umbrella, and chairs for your convenience. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

wonderful vacation in orleans

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Robert Paul is a class act. They were so helpful with everything, always happy to help and advise. The home was beautiful, very clean and nice updates. I would not recommend it for anyone with any mobility issues as the downstairs bathroom is not updated, extremely low toilet which was very difficult for my mother who had knee replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. Nograb bars in the showers downstairs. both stairs going up and down we’re not the easiest. I would not recommend this for elderly or mobility challenged people. We had a wonderful time despite these issues. Thank you!
