It's a short walk from the home to the private association beach and dock. Bring your boat or kayaks to explore Pleasant Bay and the Atlantic beyond. This residential neighborhood is also adjacent to a nature preserve with fresh and saltwater ponds, woodlands and secluded walking trails! The property is park-like itself, with 1.65 acres of tastefully landscaped lawns, gardens, beautiful hydrangeas, stonewalls and shade trees. It feels like your own private Cape Cod resort! Your outdoor recreation options include the custom, heated saltwater pool and the regulation size tennis court, each with its own shaded patio and seating areas. The tennis court was a huge plus. The local private beach (Quanset Harbor Club) which is 0.6 miles away - long walk or short drive, but no parking - is rocky and doesn't add much (although as a result in our experience it was empty, if that matters to you). So we drove to Skaket, Nauset, etc. The house isn't as convenient to those beaches. But it's a beautiful home base if you don't mind driving. ##### Adam N.
