Thanks Hasina for your feedback, our check in process is really flexible for many of our guesses , i provide three options to manage the check in, the more common way is our check in express, where you can call our property manager days before you arrive and do the check in by phone, that way you can have the door code before you arrive, so sorry this was an issue for you the best for you and your family
