piscine fermée et transport décevant
la piscine a été fermée pour une raison inconnue pendant toute la semaine où nous y étions. Aussi, nous avons manqué les early entry les 2 premiers jours car le transport était en retard d'une heure.

Check-in was terrible. Our room was not ready, and we waited for four hours for a room. Understand that we were early, but after we checked in, house keeping took 2 hours to clean the room next to us, which made it abundantly clear that was the reason the room was delayed

The fire alarm went off twice in one day where we had to evacuate the building, I know nobody’s fault but quite annoying. The only other complaint I had was they are not a “Disney” hotel, so while some of the amenities come with staying there, you can not use your Magic bands which was annoying at the park. Other than that, staff was friendly, was a clean and modern hotel. Walkable to Epcot.

One of best hotel I ever stayed. SWAN's FREE transportation to Disney was also best service. I really enjoyed Swan Reserve and will come back next year to Swan.

A premium and convenient retreat from the madness of Disney world. Super easy to walk to back entrance at Epcot and Hollywood Studios, with the benefit of early opening and late opening for deluxe resort guests. Very short walk to Dolphin and Swan and their facilities as well as Boardwalk and Yacht and Beachclub resort restaurants. Rooms are clean and stylish.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Swan Reserve. The transportation options to WDW were great - either water taxi or bus.

This by far is my favorite stay of all time! We got the Suite with no view originally but when we arrived not only did the front desk upgrade our stay to view EPCOT but we were able to check in super early!!! It was the greatest experience yet! And the suite was breathtaking. And super clean! Thank you for delivering a wonderful and fantastic experience for my birthday weekend celebration. I couldnt ask for more! 5 STARS 🌟

Loved the suite and view of fireworks. Friendly staff, housekeeping did a great job. It was nice being able to use the large pool at the Dolphin. We would stay again.

This is the first time visit for my daughter and it was very memorable. The level of hospitality is top notch, special mention to Bella and Luke who assisted us during check in. Our room has an amazing view and was well kept.The pool was nice and relaxing. Kudos to management and staff.

New addition to the WDW Dolphin & WDW Swan hotels
This hotel (sort of) takes the overflow from the older WDW Dolphin and WDW Swan hotels, and was more reasonably priced. As a guest of the Swan Reserve, you can also use most of the facilities at the Dolphin and Swan, and have early park access on selected days. This hotel is clean, modern, and has access to lots of facilities - including its own pool (plus access to those at the Swan and Dolphin, which may be better for young kids). The only downside is that it’s slightly further to walk into the parks from the Swan Reserve, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Great Family Hotel close to Epcot
The Swan Reserve is a great hotel. Beautiful, spacious rooms with a great view of the Disney parks. The hotel is walking distance away from restaurants, the Disney Boardwalk, and Epcot. We will definitely be staying again.

This awesome property gives you a stay in the heart of Disney country with accessibility to ALL the Disney properties... a few being a short walk from the property itself. If you decide to stay on the immediate property the fine dining choices and local amenities will color you impressed.
