Five themed bedrooms have 5 king beds, Avenger room has 3 twins, Harry Potter Room has two double (full) beds , Frozen room has three twins, and Game room has 4 twins. One crib, one Pack N Play. All bedrooms have TV, blinds, blackout curtains, and award-winning high quality memory foam beds. Restaurants, SuperTarget, Sam's Club, and Walmart only minutes away.

Excellence is what we aim for and what has distinguished us. Lake House is maintained with the highest cleaning quality standard. We hire dedicated but independent cleaning team, laundry team, and maintenance team. All beddings and towels are taken out to professional facility to clean. Every penny of the cleaning fee goes directly to these hard working crews who work together to deliver a clean and well-maintained vacation home to you.

With 48h of advance notice, we are happy to arrange for the rental grill from a third party company without overhead from us.

For the safety of your family and belongings, security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property (none face the pool enclosure or any windows).

All bathrooms are tiled with fan ventilation, three bathrooms feature standard bathtubs, one owners' suite has a large jacuzzi, and both owners' suites feature dual vanities and spacious walk-in showers

The second floor laundry room features large standalone electric washer and dryer unit, free for guest use.

Kitchen closet contains a fire extinguisher and new vacuum cleaner

As a guest, you also have free access to the poolside café, fitness facility and business center.
