Location , Location , Location !!! the unit is located in front of new park Epic Universe.

Very close to the pool complex and clubhouse, less than 1 minute walk.

This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the main complex, close to theme parks and Convention Center.

The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized, with extra precautions taken for disinfection to ensure the safety of our guests. Situated on the ground floor, there’s no steps and no need to use elevators. Free parking is available right in front of the building.

The condo features no carpet—tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wood flooring in the living room and bedrooms.

The master suite boasts a beautiful, modern design with a king bed.
The second bedroom has two twin beds.
The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds.
Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the condo to accommodate up to 10 guests.
A portable crib, umbrella stroller, and high chair are available at no extra charge.

The master bedroom and living room are equipped with LED smart TVs and cable is available, and the condo offers free Wi-Fi.

The modern, open-concept kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, dishwasher, blender, as well as dishes, cookware, silverware—everything you need to feel at home.

Both full bathrooms are supplied with towels and a hair dryer. Additional amenities includes washer and dryer inside the unit , iron, and ironing board.

The condo also has central heating and air conditioning.

Enjoy the outdoors on the open veranda, which is furnished with chairs and a table.

Two resort pool areas feature heated pools, Jacuzzis, firepit areas, a pool bar, and a kids' splash area.

We are within walking distance of the Orlando Convention Center and in front of new Epic Universe.

Close to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the Orlando Eye, top-rated restaurants, and popular shops.

Great location and management

This was our second time staying at this property and we will be back again. The location is perfect. It is close to Universal and Disney. Everything was neat and clean. We did experience water dripping from the vent in the master bedroom at 10 pm. Management was on it right away. They sent someone out to chdck the unit above us. The next morning maintenance was at our place to fix it. It was condensation from the AC. We were very impressed with the response time. Check-in was quick and easy. No issues with a late check-in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect as we visited Universal Studios. We also liked being close to the pool which we used during our down time. It was also nice that a Walgreens was a short walk away. Our only complaint was that the mattress in our room was not comfortable. It could use some updating as we woke up with sore lower back pain.

Overall good stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The property manager Ana was very quick to respond whenever I needed to update anything and was extremely helpful. The property was just as advertised and in a great location. There were however two things I’d like to point out and I provided a picture for one of them. It was very disappointing to find plastic cups available for reuse in the cabinets as well as coffee/tea cups that were stained from previous use. Each of these should be discarded and updated. Plastic cups in my opinion should not be available. The bedding is outdated but everyone in my family was very comfortable. We did experience issues entering the property due to them not being notified that we paid for early check in but it was taken care of within about 10 minutes. I would suggest this property however those updates can in fact take it to another level.

Everything was perfect

We stayed in condo with our 2 daughters, our daughters friend and her family. The split bedrooms made it perect for my husband and I to have our own bathroom in the primary while all the girls shared the 2nd bathroom. The confo is very spacious, kitchen completely updated, convenient 1st floor location & ample parking. The pool was a short walk with plenty of chairs & full service bar. Publix, walgreens & liquor store all within walking distance. The proximity to Disney, Universal & Airport were ideal. We will definitely rent this condo on a future trip.

Great spot for family trip to Orlando

3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was great size and location for our family. Short drive to theme parks. Walkable to food and groceries. An hour drive to Cocoa Beach. Good kitchen for cooking and eating in. Pool under construction closest to unit (would’ve been perfect) but 2nd pool option in the resort was lovely (.4 mile walk but can easily drive too). View of parking lot from small porch but still a nice spot for morning coffee and afternoon drinks!

thanks for the stay. good location, the only thing to be aware of is the internet isn't amazing. if you need amazing internet, it is spotty. I got it to work most of the time, but in a jam, you're going to need your hot spot.

Megacon hub

Stayed here with some friends/coworkers for the megacon convention at orange county convention center. Location was great and quick drive or uber to several locations. Layout for condo was good. Host provides many basic supplies, but if you are there for several days, would be best to do a shopping run. Unfortunately was told pool was under construction and since was there for convention, didnt have a chance to use all amenities. Definitely looking forward to using this location again next time i visit area

Great location!!!!!

Stayed here for our daughter’s dance competition (hosted at convention center). This condo was a wonderful location for getting there and back easily. Also, it’s close to everything we needed during our stay -grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. First floor entry was convenient, owner communicated quickly and check-in/out was a BREEZE. Also, this condo is steps away from main pool! There’s a second pool location on other side of resort and it’s great too! Kitchen well stocked. Bedding was okay. Nice washer/dryer. Bathrooms were spacious. Great stay. Thank you

My Christmas Getaway 2024

Good, my apartment was spacious and centrally located. However, some deep cleaning will add to the overall ambience. For example, exterior door needs cleaning lots of foot marks and fresh paint. Markings on bar cushion seats, Also the patio needed cleaning, there was lots of leaves.Overall good, I will return.to the property.

Convenient location

We were in Orlando for an event at the convention center. This was very convenient to that and Universal Studios, International Drive activities. Plus easy access to grocery, pharmacy. Clean unit.
