Vista Cay Resort is a gated community. 72 hours prior to arrival, we will send you a "Welcome Packet" with the gate code to access the resort as well as your personalized code to access your unit.  
  
\* Note that this home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or anyone to greet you.  
  
As this is a self-catering home, you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary supply of toiletries for the first day, but please note that these will not be replenished.  
  
\* 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom  
\* 1 travel size hand soap per bathroom  
\* 1 travel size shampoo per bathroom  
\* 2 garbage bags per bin  
\* 1 paper towel roll per kitchen  
\* 2 dishwasher pods  
\* 1 dish detergent  
\* 1 sponge  
  
We do have basic kitchen essentials to facilitate making quick, easy meals while away from home like pots/pans, cups, silverware, plates, etc.  
  
\* We do not supply seasonings/condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc) nor coffee/tea (grains, beans, pods or teabags, etc).   
  
\*\*\* Parking:  
There are no assigned parking spaces at the resort. Guests are welcome to park in any available spot throughout the property. There is no limit to the number of vehicles you may bring.  
When you arrive, we ask that you please take a look around and let us know if there is anything that is or seems to be broken, or not in working condition so that we can get this resolved as soon as possible. If you check-in late at night, feel free to send us an email and call the next morning. Please report any damages, breakage or loss however caused. We would like to ensure that you have everything you may need for your stay.  
  
Remember that this is a self-catering home, meaning that you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For convenience, we do provide complimentary supply of toiletries including:   
  
•2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom  
•1 travel size hand soap per bathroom  
•1 travel size shampoo per bathroom  
•2 garbage bags per bin  
•1 paper towel roll per kitchen

To open and close the property door: enter the four code digit provided on the front page. When leaving the property, the keypad should automatically lock the door, however, we ask that you please make sure that it does so. If not, please open the door and turn the lock on the door knob to its vertical position.   
  
Cleaning and maintenance: Towels, sheets and linen are all inventoried before and after each guests stay. Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items (including burns, makeup or any general stains). If the property is left in a condition that would require excessive or a significantly longer cleaning, additional costs may apply. Any maintenance requests, including being locked out, clogged toilets, air conditioning freeze up, etc, need to be made between 9am and 5pm. Requests before or after these aforementioned times may result in an additional service fee.  
  
\*Please do not leave the air conditioning below 70 degrees as this will freeze up the unit and incur a cost to the guest. We also ask that you do not turn off the air conditioning completely, if the property is chilly, we ask that you please turn up the thermostat. NEVER TURN THE A/C OFF COMPLETELY  
  
Pets and smoking: Pets are NOT allowed on the property. This includes inside the property as well as the patio/pool area. Any pets found at the property there will be a non-refundable fee incurred of $500\. Please note that this property is non smoking. Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated area, including the patio or balcony with all doors and windows closed. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed to avoid a smoking fee of $200\.   
  
Items left behind: Please make sure to check all closets and cabinets for any left behind items. We will gladly ship anything back to you that may have been left behind, however there will be a $30 service fee plus packing and shipping fees. Note that we do NOT accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items that may occur during the transportation or shipping process.  
  
Pool/Clubhouse Information: You must follow all rules and regulations for pool use. There is NO lifeguard on duty.

Excellent accommodation, very modern and clean. Great location for groups and families with children due to the resort amenities (pool and kids waterpark area). Host was very helpful from start to finish and would 100% book with them again.

#### 4 weeks of comfort and fun

Condo was perfectly clean and comfortable. It was a great location 10 minutes to Universal and 20 minutes to Disney. Very little closet space when you're there for a long stay, but it works. All the basic kitchen utensils. I worked remotely so appreciated the desk space in the bedrooms. I also appreciated nice towels and linens. Lovely place for a long term stay.

We had an amazing stay in the condo. Rosely was great in communicating and answered any questions promptly. The condo was fantastic, spotlessly clean and very modern. Complex is safe, well equipped and close to both parks and shops/restaurants. We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

#### Orlando Property Review

Overall very pleased with our stay at this property. Very central location with access to international drive, Disney and convention centers. Property was clean and quiet and we did not have any issues with noisy neighbors. The host was easy to communicate and responsive to requests for further receipt documentation which was very helpful.

#### Great Enjoyable Apartment

Everything was great, the house was clean and nice, and our stay was wonderful without any issues.. My only complain is that the Hot water would run out while showering or needed to wait a long time for the water to become warm/hot, 3x Adults..

#### Family Visit

Was in town to attend a funeral and it was the first time my immediate family has been under the same roof in a very long time. We found the property to be located in a very nice, convenient area. Lots of food choices nearby. Felt secure as it was gated. The property itself was clean (except the showerhead, which we cleaned ourselves), comfortable and updated. Had no issues with check in or check out. Pricing was great as well. Would recommend staying there and I would use the same property myself again.

The place is as advertised and the management was outstanding. The beds are super soft which was the only downside for me but that's more about my preference than a reflection of the home.
