If not, please open the door and turn the lock on the door knob to its vertical position. Cleaning and maintenance: Towels, sheets and linen are all inventoried before and after each guests stay. Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items (including burns, makeup or any general stains). If the property is left in a condition that would require excessive or a significantly longer cleaning, additional costs may apply. Any maintenance requests, including being locked out, clogged toilets, air conditioning freeze up, etc, need to be made between 9am and 5pm. Requests before or after these aforementioned times may result in an additional service fee. \*Please do not leave the air conditioning below 70 degrees as this will freeze up the unit and incur a cost to the guest. We also ask that you do not turn off the air conditioning completely, if the property is chilly, we ask that you please turn up the thermostat. NEVER TURN THE A/C OFF COMPLETELY Pets and smoking: Pets are NOT allowed on the property. This includes inside the property as well as the patio/pool area. Any pets found at the property there will be a non-refundable fee incurred of $500\. Please note that this property is non smoking. Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated area, including the patio or balcony with all doors and windows closed. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed to avoid a smoking fee of $200\. Items left behind: Please make sure to check all closets and cabinets for any left behind items. We will gladly ship anything back to you that may have been left behind, however there will be a $30 service fee plus packing and shipping fees. Note that we do NOT accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items that may occur during the transportation or shipping process. Pool/Clubhouse Information: You must follow all rules and regulations for pool use. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Bath towels are NOT to be used at the pool, you will need to bring your own pool towels to the clubhouse as they are not provided by us nor the clubhouse. Any towels that are missing or stained will incur an additional cost of $10 per towel. What to do when you depart: Please place all trash in the brown bench outside the door and in plastic bags. Please return all remotes to their correct devices. This condo checked all the boxes for my family of five. Short drive to the OCCC which was the main purpose for our visit. Close enough to visit Universal, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot plus others but we only had time to squeeze those three in. The pool was a nice treat even though it got a little crowded on the last day of the volleyball tournament. The condo was clean and comfy. Although we couldn’t agree on the right temperature for comfort so we opted to be more on the chilly side. The hosts were super helpful and responsive to all my questions. We will be return customers for sure. This was the perfect amount of space for my family of five which has three teenagers. ##### Tina M. The whole experience was flawless, from initial check in instructions, condition of the condo, location, amenities, etc. Exactly what we needed for our trip, which was for a dance competition at the Convention Center and Disney activities. There is a grocery store conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk away. The property is very nice, spacious, quiet and comfortable. It worked out great for my family of four. We would stay again in the future. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is if they would leave some laundry soap and more dishwasher soap for the guests to use. They provide a washer and dryer, but no soap. We had to buy laundry soap at the store for just a couple of loads and then leave it behind. We also had to buy more dishwasher soap because we stayed for a week and they only left a couple of pods. ##### Kristi P.
