Unfortunately the AC in this unit was broken when we arrived. We communicated this with the property manager whom insured they were doing all they could to resolve the issue. It’s is attached to a tree away from the building and the keycard was missing. So we had to wait an hour for someone to bring it. The master bathroom shower was full of mold & mildew and I did not use it. The shower also dripped all night. The refrigerator leaked water and I had to put towels inside to clean. They only provided 3 towels, no washcloths, & 1 roll of tp for each bathroom. We spent 1 night there out of 3 & they refused to give me a full refund.
