The main living area and the 'out of this world' upstairs media room both include TVs ready to stream your favorite channels using your own accounts. When you're craving a little friendly competition, head out to the garage game room where you'll find foosball and a pool table, while the upstairs living space includes a shuffleboard table.

All guests shall abide by the good neighborr policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.
Pool Heater: $50 per day plus applicable taxes. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. (only for homes with a heated pool option).
