This 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom oasis is located in the Windsor at Westside resort, just a short drive from Orlando’s famous thrills. It can accommodate 20 people, leaving even the biggest travel groups rested and ready for a big adventure – or just a simple day of backyard fun. Our five favorite things about this home: 1\. It’s less than 20 minutes from the theme parks. You’re a quick trip from Disney World, Universal Studios, or one of Orlando’s epic water parks or other diversions. 2\. The togetherness of the wide-open great room. Even with a capacity group of 20, there’s room for everyone in the home’s main area, which consists of a conjoined kitchen, living room, and dining room. Amid the blissful chaos, there’s even a cool two-person table setup for a game of chess or cards. 3\. The fully enclosed pool and spa. Thanks to a full-length safety fence, you’ll never have to worry that your littlest ones enter the pool area without your knowledge. And thanks to the screen surrounding the entire backyard, you can rest assured that you and the other swimmers are safe from bugs/weather/other outdoor pests. 4\. Lakeside dinners. Outside dinners are awesome. Outside dinners overlooking a nearby body of water are THE BEST. Here, you can have one every night thanks to the patio dining set and the lake directly behind the property. 5\. Late-night games in the billiard room. The kids are safe in bed after immediately conking out after your day at Disney. And where are you? Setting down your drink just long enough to chalk up your stick and bank a stripe in the corner like someone who actually practices this. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Pool/spa heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31). \- The pool and spa can only operate one at a time, not simultaneously. The spa will heat to the temperature of the pool. Once the guest turns the timer dial for the bubbles, that is what activates the heating for the spa. There are no other buttons for the guest to press. Parking Details: \- $20 fee per vehicle in the community, with a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed on-site. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. I had asked about heating the pool and that had been turned on before our arrival. Getting into the house after 4:00 went smoothly. The nights were cool enough that it didn't warm up.Also, the AC not being able to be below 70 made it stuffy after a hot day.The grill burners need to be replaced. We would have liked to grill more, but it was so bad that it wasn't worth the effort.Not a bad location, but a little further out from Disney than I thought it would be. Only park that is less than 20 mins as advertised is Animal Kingdom, and that's 18 mins at a non-peak hour. Traffic was far more than expected for the area especially with a four lane stop sign on Westside until you get to 192 and Funie Steed is two lane. We took Westside to 192 each day, as the right lane would back up with the 4 way stop.Overall, great house for the price. Clean and gated community is nice. Worth it for large groups with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen and family room, and the game room is awesome! ##### Michael S. We had a group of 11 people made up of family and friends that stayed in this home while we were in Florida for the week. Plenty of good sized Bedrooms, bathrooms were spacious everything was really clean! We really appreciated the amount of light that was in the home. Shared family spaces were amazing, set up to be super functional, and everybody appreciated that we were looking out onto the lake, not staring into the back of someone else's yard!! Although there was a neighbor to the left end to the right, those residences were not rented out all of the same nights that we were there, so there was plenty of privacy!! We got to see a gator and a lot of wildlife in the lake. There was a game room that had fun for all ages, it was great to see the family interacting together late at night and on a rainy afternoon! The patio by the pool was perfect for playing cribbage and card games as well. We had a really great time and would definitely rent this house again! My husband and I took 6 teenagers. They would go to the parks and we would stay and play in the game room for hours or relax out by the pool. The house is huge and everyone had their own room. We had ours downstairs away from them which was great. Everything was clean and organized. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Check in and out was easy. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. ##### Joli M. Séjour de 3 nuits en janvier 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Zachary G. 20 sept. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### This is how you run a vacation rental My wife and I stay at vacation rental properties about twice a year in Orlando to visit the parks. Been doing it for many years. By far this is one of our favorites. In order to have a nice stay, you really need two things: (1) an owner who is willing to spend the required money on upkeep and (2) a good property manager. Happy to report this home has both! Everything was exactly as pictured. Everything in the arcade worked. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The house was clean and well stocked. When we had a problem with the spa, they sent someone there within a couple of hours to address. Manager was easy to get a hold of. They don't give you a list of chores to do at check out. Will be staying here again. This is how you do it people! Most of the properties we've stayed in are run by cheap owners who neglect everything and are just trying to maximize their profit. They use cheap management companies that are difficult to deal with. Everything is cheap, right down to giving you almost no toilet paper or trash bags.
