#### Awesome! Stay a few recommendations!

The house was phenomenal, but I highly recommend a few things for your future clients. I'm a computer guy, and I do notice intermittent outages with the internet, which caused me not to be able to do my job from home. I didn't want to change anything without your consent. I highly recommend upgrading your equipment! One of your TVs is Verge. I'm failing due to a color display issue. The TV I'm talking about is the one. When you go up the stairs, you make a first left, then another left. It's the bedroom, not the living room. Sony TV. It served his purpose. I don't want to see you in a bad predicament.

#### Amazing vacation, property and management

We had such an amazing time while at this house. We did have a few bumps but Victor immediately helped us out or resolved it practically immediately. The house was clean, had a great deal of amenities which made our stay much easier. Other than sunblock and a bathing suit this home has it all. Don’t hesitate to stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Over all my stay was great. Any problems i had the host adress them right away. Our refrigerator blower motor wasnt working right and the host assist us to the best ability. We lost some food but that didnt stop our fun. We will stay again. We booked for 30 people but only 27 came. We had plenty of room.

We had a great trip and the house provided a gathering spot for us to all relax and connect at the end of the day. It was clean, the neighbors were all friendly. We didn’t have any issues. The owner is great with communication. I highly recommend getting the Gate QR code ahead of your visit as it will make checking in much easier and faster.

Great property in a great gated community with lots of amenities. Property owner quick to respond to all inquiries. Great location for easy access to Orlando’s attractions! We’d definitely return again.

#### Awesome place and great price

Love this neighborhood! This house is great. So CLEAN! Very nice furniture and upscale bedding! Pool is wonderful. Huge space! Plenty of room for us to spread out. We were low on towels but the management company immediately brought us some. Tv in den only had Netflix. This is a wonderful place that we will return to visit.
