Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.  
  
Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows...Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.  
  
Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

After a morning at Disney just a short drive away, unwind in the spa beneath the open sky or share dinner on the patio surrounded by the scent of the grill and evening air. Sleeping arrangements  
The villa features four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to ten guests. Two master suites each include a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and smart TV, one with direct pool access and a rain shower with bidet. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the Toy Story-themed kids’ room features two single beds. A queen-size memory foam sofa bed in the living room provides additional space for larger groups.  
  
Outdoor living  
The private backyard centers around a pool and spa available year-round, with optional heating for cooler days. Lounge in the sun, share meals cooked on the gas BBQ grill, or relax on the outdoor furniture surrounded by a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. A private patio and balcony overlook the pool, and guests can also reach the nearby lake using a local path or dock.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Brew a cup of coffee with the Keurig or drip machine before heading to the dining area for breakfast, provided with your stay. The open-plan layout connects easily to the family room and pool patio, making shared meals and moments effortless.
