Long line for registration, no personal attention

condition: acceptable, clean, but the entry process: terrible, no lobby, no personal attention, security guard is responsible for everything, car line waiting at the entry point, (I wait for more than 30 minutes)registration process too long, hotel take 200 dollars for security deposit, you have to drop the trash by yourself, if you need room attention you have to pay more

Not family friendly, the furniture is very cheap and poor quality. We had to take the glass off of all the tables. The glass tops are not secure, I was afraid the kids would get hurt. I was traveling with my children and received complaints about the noise on Christmas Eve. Some tenants live on the property and others are rental units. I explained during the time of my reservation that I would have children with me, and asked if the community was family friendly I was told yes. They complaint came at 9:30 pm. The villas were very clean and had plenty of space. I wouldn't recommend it for a family trip.
