It was extremely clean, we walked in with clean sheets set and towels on the beds. Overall great stay โ€” however, there were a few things that needed fixing. The sink in the front bathroom handle would come off with the lightest touch, the second bathroom door handle came off easily, the back bathroom faucet for the giant tub was super unstable when turned on, it felt like it could break at any moment. Additionally, the living room coffee table had a sharp crack in the base where my 2 year old was drawn to so we attempted to move it far away. Finally, the bigger coffee table in the back room also was super unstable and couldnโ€™t hold anything heavier than diapers. The property was perfect for our needs and almost exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone. Our only small advice to those booking here is to know that the game room only has old NES-style simulators and no modem gaming systems. We also had to provide our own charging cables for those systems or they wouldn't have worked. (Thank goodness my husband had what was needed in his tech bag.) If we'd known to bring our own gaming systems, the game room would have been a better experience for us. The host was easy to reach and quick to communicate back with us. Oct 21, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy The room with the bunk beds was quite spacious and included the game room area and had its own large bathroom and access to the outside. It was perfect for my niece and her family. All the beds were foam and comfortable. The Master had its own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms shared a bathroom that had split sinks and a HUGE shower. The bedroom with the queen bed had a door to that bathroom but the other smaller bedroom had only 5 steps across the hall to that bathroom. We only had 8 people there and had plenty of space. The rooms were quiet as we were not disturbed by others watching tv or playing video games. The kitchen island is massive and had seating for 5 or 6 and the dining table had seating for 8\. The kitchen, living room and dining room areas were large enough to accomodate 16 people if needed. There were some workstations set up for people who needed to do work while there with office chairs. The location is within walking distance of Edgewater which has restaurants and shopping. We only had 3 cars but could have fit a 4th if needed. It is single file parking but it is a quick turn around the block to allow others in and out. We did not have any oversized vehicles however. The AC kept the hot people comfortable and the cold people wearing sweaters! We were there for a wedding at Dubsdread and it was only 3 minutes from the venue. ##### Victoria B.
