The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Check-in and checkout are quick and seamless. The location is perfect—close to Disney parks, shopping outlets, restaurants, and churches. The accommodations are very family-friendly and ideal for large groups as well. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. They provide plenty of towels and all the essential kitchen utensils. Another major perk is that it’s more affordable than many other hotels and accommodations in the area. There really isn’t anything bad to say, the hotel was beautiful and quiet. The room was larger than expected and helped us have a peaceful holiday week away where we could cook, do laundry and rest in between park days. The only strange moment we had was when we asked for more coffee pods we were told it was a limit of 4 per day per room. So every morning we had to go get 4 more pods, it was so laughable it stood out, the coffee maker was the Bru 2 so it wasn’t like we could get our own and we were in a room that slept 10\. The bathroom in the master bedroom was massive and beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked and we were able to heat a Thanksgiving dinner and serve without much hassle.
