Vista Cay is located at Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando's greatest experiences. Not forgetting, that this wonderful resort is only a short drive from Orlando International Airport. More information Vista Cay is in walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center and the new Epic universe, SeaWorld and Aquatica are just a 5 minute drive away. Universal Studios is 10 minutes away, and Walt Disney World 12 minutes. There is also a Publix and Walgreens supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance from the resort. We've stayed in many VRBO units, and this one ranks right in the middle. The best thing about the condo is the location. It is in a gated complex so we felt safe. It's on the top floor so we didn't have to worry about loud neighbors above us. We had easy access to the Rosen Aquatic Center, Universal, and Disney; 15 minutes to the airport and an hour to Cocoa Beach. There are a few things that can make this rental go from good to great: -an instruction booklet - replace the windows, especially the bathroom window as it doesn't close all the way - fix the sliding glass door as it doesn't seal correctly. I checked it multiple times during our stay because the street noise was awfully loud. - need more spoons and cereal bowls - a few mixing bowls would be nice - clean the oven - deep clean the condo, esp the baseboards - ditch the pillows on the couch as they've seen better days All on all, we enjoyed our stay. We're a pretty laid back family and can adapt as long as we can get a good nights sleep. My biggest recommendation to ensure a good sleep in this condo: sleep with a sound machine and the ceiling fan running so you don't hear the street noise. ##### lisa p. The sliding glass door to patio would not shut all the way. The condo was cold because the patio door was broken. The beds were hard and clearly need replacing mattresses. There are no curtains so how can you sleep. The window in the second bathroom has a gap or a crack because cold air was coming in through there. Bathtub is second bathroom does not drain properly - very slow drain which is gross. You can call it beautiful but not very comfortable. ##### Beth N.
