Burma Manor is a luxury 11-bedroom 13-bathroom executive style home in the Encore Resort just minutes from Walt Disney World and Reunion world class golf courses. This spacious retreat is exactly as you see it in the pictures and features a private heated pool and spa, relaxing views with a large private backyard that includes enough seating for your group, and a covered 1st floor patio and 2nd floor veranda that expands the already spacious living space into the outdoors.
Designed for large families and groups, the home offers expansive living spaces. Our home is just that...a home. It has personal touches and products to make your stay truly a home away from home. With 11 bedrooms that include a mix of king, queen, and twin beds, this luxury retreat sleeps up to 22 guests and offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, an outdoor gas grill kitchen (we start you with a tank of propane, you can refill at the gas station 1 mile away), free pool and spa heat (a $60 savings a night), watching your favorite movies in the movie theater, in the family room or in the upstairs lounge (DirecTV connected to all TVs in common areas and all bedrooms),or relaxing in your private backyard living space.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dining seating for 22 guests. Outside, there is dining seating for 16 guests with additional seating on the patio, veranda and pool deck. The home has a newly equipped game-room that includes an air hockey table and multiple gaming options. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor for guests who have mobility concerns. Our home is in the secure Encore gated resort with 24-hour Security surveillance. With quiet time enforced by Security from 10pm until 7am, you are assured a relaxing and peaceful vacation.
We provide an initial supply of essentials to get your stay started including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and coffee. Guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays or based on personal needs.
DOG FRIENDLY!!! Our home is dog friendly without any additional fees, allowing up to 2 smaller dogs weighing no more than 30 pounds each. We do confirm the dog breed and size. Some breeds are not permitted and the number of dogs, size and breed must match the information provided upon check in with the dogs. Agressive breeds and breed mixes are not permitted. This includes but is not limited to: pit bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, and Cane Corsos. Guests must notify us at the time of booking if they plan to bring a dog. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not comply with our dog policy.
EVENTS – To maintain a peaceful experience for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guest count. We do host guests celebrating weddings, family events, reveal parties etc. and do enable additional guests during the event. Those events have to be communicated prior to your stay and cleared with Encore Security.
RENTER'S AGREEMENT: As a part of our booking process, all renters must sign a Renter's Agreement within 48 hours of the booking. You will be sent a link to the document that you will be able to sign digitally.
As part of our check-in process the person who books the house must be at least 28 years old, present at check-in and must show a valid government-issued photo ID.

*Pool & Spa Heating
To protect the pool system and ensure safe operation, pool and spa heating is suspended when overnight temperatures drop below 50°F or temperatures do not exceed 65°F. When this occurs, we monitor the temperatures and enable spa heat when possible.
