There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. \-Guests are required to present an ID prior to receiving access codes. \-Absolutely no so smoking inside \-No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy \-Each guest gets a personalized lock code that expires at the time of check-out ensuring the safety of our guests and properties \-The door automatically locks behind you each time you exit so you never have to wonder if the home has been secured \-Free early check-in and late check-out (based on availability) \-Guests are responsible for presenting an ID/ photo just like a hotel. The upstairs apartment is CLEAN,modern and very well outfitted. Host does not skimp on appliances,provisions nor quality of linens. Even the tv was easy to figure out and if you rent often ,you know that can be a hassle. Good water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning worked well! The property is pet friendly although I ended up taking my dog to a sitter as she is young and needs to run. There is no fenced space/yard. Designated parking spots made parking simple. The building is on a very quiet street and the apartment has good insulation so there was no outside noise in the evening. The beds are terrific! I would definitely stay here again ##### Jeannine L.
