\-Each guest is assigned a unique door code and the front door has a security camera monitoring it for the utmost security of our guests and tenants  
\-The apartment has an assigned parking space in the front of the building.  
\*You will need to walk up one flight of stairs to access the apartment through your private entrance.  
  
IMPORTANT  
Strictly enforced by the city. We risk losing our vacation rental license if found to not comply with the following:  
  
\-The Catherine is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.  
\-Guests are required to present an ID prior to receiving access codes.  
\-Absolutely no so smoking inside  
\-No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy  
\-Each guest gets a personalized lock code that expires at the time of check-out ensuring the safety of our guests and properties  
\-The door automatically locks behind you each time you exit so you never have to wonder if the home has been secured  
\-Free early check-in and late check-out (based on availability)  
\-Guests are responsible for presenting an ID/ photo just like a hotel. There is no exception to this rule.  
  
\*This property is registered with the City of Orlando as a lawful vacation rental  
\-It is unlawful to allow a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence  
\-Guests must adhere to city ordinances applicable to residential areas including but not limited to noise, parking, and occupancy.  
  
DATE ALTERATION REQUESTS  
We do not accept alterations to date change requests that would result in a shortened stay past the determined cancellation time frame.  
  
HURRICANE SEASON  
June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters. Each one of our homes is specifically designed with guests in mind and maintained at the same level as a hotel.

Points forts : Propreté

#### Clean and comfy!

The upstairs apartment is CLEAN,modern and very well outfitted. Host does not skimp on appliances,provisions nor quality of linens. Even the tv was easy to figure out and if you rent often ,you know that can be a hassle. Good water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning worked well! The property is pet friendly although I ended up taking my dog to a sitter as she is young and needs to run. There is no fenced space/yard. Designated parking spots made parking simple. The building is on a very quiet street and the apartment has good insulation so there was no outside noise in the evening. The beds are terrific! I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful, clean, modern apartment. Fully loaded kitchen with modern appliances. Had a wonderful stay . All was great. Would highly recommend this property to friends.

#### perfect getaway!

This property was perfect for us. The rooms and furniture were pretty and comfortable. Everything was new and tastefully decorated.The kitchen was stocked with new cookware, utensils and everything was very clean. Our six night stay in Orlando was great, the proximity of this property to the city was within walking distance which was a plus!
